Privacy policy

The contact form and package enquiry: your name, e-mail address, phone number and company if you give them, your message and the package you are interested in. We use them to answer your enquiry and put together a proposal. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you, and steps you asked for before a possible contract.

The enquiry also carries where you came to the site from (for example a search engine, an ad or a link) and the page you started on, so we know which channels bring enquiries.

If you e-mail or call us, we process what you send or tell us, for the same purpose.

We measure visits with Umami, which we run ourselves on servers in London (United Kingdom). Umami sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. We see aggregated figures: which pages are visited, where visits come from, device and browser type, country and city, page load times, and clicks on phone numbers and e-mail addresses — without the number or address itself.

When heatmaps are switched on, it also records where on a page people click and how far they scroll, never what anyone types.

Where you came to the site from is kept in your browser during the visit only if you accepted statistics in the cookie banner. Otherwise it only lasts while the page is open. It is sent along if you make an enquiry.

We never sell your data. We use these providers:

• Vercel — hosts the site, the internal case system enquiries are sent to, and the visitor statistics.
• Supabase — database for enquiries and visitor statistics, on servers in London.
• YouTube and Cloudflare Stream — some case pages show films from these services. When the player loads they receive your IP address and may store data in your browser under their own terms.

Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle the matter and any customer relationship, and delete them after that.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive data you gave us in a machine-readable format.
